Terms of service

Last updated September 30, 2026

These terms apply when an organization or one of its members uses CommPage. We have tried to keep them short and readable. By using CommPage, you agree to them.

1.The service

CommPage gives membership organizations a place to share announcements, events and files with their members. We may improve, change or add features over time. If we ever remove something an organization depends on, we will tell its administrators in advance.

2.Organizations and accounts

Organizations are set up by the CommPage team at the request of their organizers. The organization’s administrators decide who is invited, who may join and what each member can do, and they are responsible for doing so appropriately.

Members sign in with a one-time code sent to their email address. Keep access to your email secure — anyone who controls it can sign in as you.

3.Acceptable use

Please do not use CommPage to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
  • harass, threaten or harm others;
  • send spam, or invite people who have not agreed to be contacted;
  • upload malicious software or content you are not allowed to share;
  • probe, overload or try to get around the security of the service or another organization’s data.

We may remove content or suspend access to stop a violation, and will tell the organization’s administrators when we do, unless the law prevents us.

4.Your content

You and your organization keep ownership of everything you post. You give CommPage permission to store, copy and display it only as needed to run the service for your organization — for example, to show your post to the members you shared it with and to email it to those who asked for email.

5.Plans and fees

Fees, plan limits and billing terms are those agreed between your organization and CommPage. There are no purchases inside the product. If fees go unpaid, we may limit or suspend the organization’s access after giving notice to its administrators.

6.Availability and support

We work hard to keep CommPage fast and available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. When something goes wrong, we will work to fix it promptly and keep administrators informed.

7.Ending your use

An organization may stop using CommPage at any time by contacting us. We may end or suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. When an organization closes its account, we delete its information as described in our privacy policy.

8.Disclaimers and liability

CommPage is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for content posted by organizations or their members. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees your organization paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9.Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell organization administrators before the change takes effect.
